An arquitectural history
The building of EL YATE is a design of our prestigious Canarian arquitect Manuel de la Peña. In 2012, a small group of five local investors decided to buy it, at that time in a precarious situation, and renovate it. The modernist design of the building is respected and the quality of its materials and distribution is enlarged. Eighteen apartments are converted into twelve, bigger, more spacious and brighten. The complex consists of a ground floor and 2 upper floors with 2 units of 2 bedrooms and 2 units of 1 bedroom in each floor, being the perfect place for vacation not only of couples but also families. During your stay you´ll appreciate our attention to detail: fully equipped kitchens, wide bathrooms, wide screens tv, confortable sofas and, of course, wi-fi.
